Well I was experimenting yesterday with Blender and and I figured out how to render an animation containing as many shots around an object as I need. I rendered two as a quicktime video if anyone wants to see them. The first is a simple rotating cube, the second is a rotating monkey.

Ok so yesterday was an “adventure day” for the Jensen/Dempsey crew to start off our day we went for a hike on the property behind ours. We hiked to a rock outcropping that Joshua Jensen, Jonathan, and Joshua Dempsey climbed up, I really didn’t feel like climbing such an easy climb, the rocks were hardly more than 3 feet high at the most, but then Jonathan came back and said that there was a really high cliff on the other side, so I walked around to the other side and there was about a thirty foot cliff with som cracks in it. Well I started by climbing up in one of the cracke which was really easy, and then decided to try something harder. So I tried climbing the side of the cliff. I got about two thirds of the way there and was feeling pretty good about myself, and then the roch I had chosen as a hand hold broke off so there I was twenty feet in the air with nothing under me but air. As I was falling the thoughts going through my head were as follows:

I have never broken a bone before, this should be interesting.
and:
Well I wonder how long I will be on crutches.

I hit the grond on my right foot, spraining my ankle, and then since the ground I landed on was slanted I fell over and tried to catch myself, spraining my wrist. I would have had a very long tumble down the hill had Mr. Brian not caught my leg and stopped me, but now I have a sprained ankle and sprained wrist.

After we got back from the hike we waited for all of the girls to get ready and then we went to Greeter Falls out near Monteagle and hiked the half mile and saw the waterfall. I got soaked because Joshua Dempsey wanted to go behind the waterfall, but was to afraid to go alone, so I took him and just when I got under the waterfall where there was the most spray, Josh got scared and stopped, so instead of going through quickly and getting a little wet, I stayed there until he finally decided to go back, I was wearing an ankle brace because of my sprained ankle, but I just ignored the pain in my wrist, which was probably a bad idea, beacause about halfway through climbing down a rock, I put wait on my sprained wrist and my whole hand went numb. So of the rest of the hike I could move my hand but could not feel it.

But despite the mishaps I had a great time. So it was all good in the end.

Well I haven’t posted in forever, mainly because I haven’t had much time. School has been an nightmare in terms of busy work. Grandma and Grandpa came in on Thursday to help get the house ready for company next week. We are having around 25 people at our house for thanksgiving, and many of them are people I have never met. It should be interesting to see how it turns out.
