The Profound Words Of Amazinzay…

Car

Jun-18-2006

My car broke down on Friday, I was on my way to my Grandparents house to see if there was wireless internet around for Chris and my car overheated, no big deal I just needed to put water in it. I walked to the nearest gas station down the road and filled up the gallon jug I keep in my car for such occasions. I put the water in waited for it to cool down and started driving again. Five minutes later it overheated again, I pulled over and waited for it to cool down again. Finally after another 10 minutes it overheated again and this time it actually cut off, Not cool. So I pushed it to the nearest gas station and called Chris to ask him to pick me up. Saturday, Dad and I went and looked at it and he said that it needed a new head gasket. I am going tommorow to try to find out which one is cheaper: a timing belt for my Corrola or a head gasket for my Cavalier.

    AmazinZay,
In my lifetime I have had many struggles with cars… seems as though you are having your share. I would suggest that you look for what God is doing in all of this… patience, learning about cars, asking others for help.. budgeting, learning to praise Him in all things.
I would spend as little as possible to get transportation and then save EVERY penny toward a more reliable vehicle.
    Good luck.
